5 Quick breakfast recipes

Mornings can be stressful, especially if you have to get up early to prepare breakfast. We all know the effort of getting out of that cozy and warm bed. In such a scenario, we often resort to easy and quick options that can be put at once in just no time. We prefer instant food options that can help you eat breakfast at once.

  1. Banana Bread

Chai or coffee holds a stable position in our breakfast. To pair up with these drinks, we have to bring a banana bread recipe prepared in just 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 6 tablespoons Whole Wheat Flour
  • 4 and a half tablespoons of White sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Mashed Banana
  • 3 tablespoon Milk
  • 3 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 and a half tablespoon Vanilla extract

How to make:

  • Mix sugar, baking powder, and flour in a vessel. Blend the banana, oil, milk, and vanilla extract in a microwave-safe bowl; Mix in the flour mixture until the batter is smooth.
  • Cook in microwave till cake is cooked, about 2 minutes.
  • Cool faintly and spread the chocolate-hazelnut layout onto the cake.
  • Serve and enjoy.

2. Sattu Cooler

This sweet charm is known for its cooling properties. It is considered a detoxification drink that cleanses the system and aids in weight loss, precisely the perfect drink for all summer sadness.

Ingredients:

  • 50 grams of sattu powder
  • 15 grams sugar
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 100 ml water
  • 5-6 Ice cubes
  • 2-3 grams of cumin powder, roasted

How to make:

  • Take a jug and pour water. Add sattu powder, fresh lemon juice, and sugar to the water.
  • Blend constantly to mix the ingredients properly.
  • Take a glass and pour this mixture faintly below the rim.
  • Now add ice cubes to make the drink chilled.
  • Grace the drink with a pinch of roasted cumin powder. It will increase the flavor of your soothing sattu drink.

3. Crunchy bran pots

Not only for breakfast, but this healthy yogurt, fruit, and seeds are also a real early-afternoon hunger booster and prepared in 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • ½ x 200g pack melon blend
  • 150g pot fat-free yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fiber cereal & fruit
  • 1 tablespoon mixed seed
  • 1 tablespoon clear honey

How to make:

  • Top melon mixed with yogurt, then powder over cereal mixed with seeds.
  • Sprinkle over the honey and eat immediately.

4. Fruit and nut Yogurt

A power-boosting breakfast pot offers an extensive alternative to cereal and keeps you full until lunch.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons chopped mixed nut
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seed
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seed
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1-2 handfuls of berries (frozen and defrosted is delicate)
  • 200g vanilla yogurt

How to make:

  • Mix the sunflower seeds, nuts, and pumpkin seeds.
  • Mix the sliced berries and bananas.
  • Stacked in a bowl with yogurt and enjoy.

 

5. Omellete

Master the omelet with our simple recipe, then add the filling of your option – crushed cheese, fresh herbs, mushrooms, hems, and smoked salmon are favorites.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How to make:

  • Flavor the beaten eggs well with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the oil and apply butter in a frying pan over medium-low heat till the butter has melted and is foaming.
  • Pour the eggs into the pan, slat the pan so faintly from one side to another to let the eggs whirl and cover the pan’s surface.
  • Let the mixture cook for 20 seconds, then drag a line through the middle with a spatula and slat the pan again to allow it to fill back up with the liquid egg.
  • Repeat once or twice more.
  • You can fill the omelet with anything you like. Separate the filling over the top of the omelet and fold it in half with the spatula.
  • Serve and enjoy
